Looking to hire a talented Customer Success Manager who is passionate about delivering leading solutions for our clients (e.g. leading structured credit funds, large asset managers, banks).  Responsibilities include leading project and work plan definition, overseeing client on-boarding efforts, account management, incorporating client input into product development, and developing client training and support systems.  Additionally, you will liaise with our technology teams, managing delivery to plan and expectation. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, insightful, organized, with demonstrated experience at managing several clients and internal teams at once.

You must be a self-starter, love finance, and thrive in a fast paced, unstructured startup environment.


  • Forge strong relationships with clients, serving as primary interface for your accounts
  • Develop work plans from contract requirements, managing projects to timeline and expectations
  • Lead client meetings, workshops, and internal delivery meetings
  • Consolidate client feedback and provide market color to product team
  • Identify new operational processes and tools to improve overall delivery as company scales
  • Support ongoing sales and partnership activities


  • B.A/B.S. from a top college or university (advanced degree preferred)
  • 2 – 4 years of customer success management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead multiple small, elite delivery teams at once (top-tier consulting experience a plus)
  • Highly developed organizational skills, with tried and true approaches and tactics for ensuring alignment
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, presentations, interpersonal)
  • Prior exposure to capital markets, structured finance, and/or credit risk analytics
  • Entrepreneurial and flexible mindset, eager to take on new challenges as they arise
